We are looking for an organised and motivated Project Officer to provide high‑quality project and business support to the Children and Education Directorate.
Responsibilities
* Provide business support to senior managers across services supporting projects.
* Lead the business support team.
* Participate in minutes taking and other service‑related support activities.
* Organise and prioritise work effectively and take notes at meetings.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure priorities for children and young people are clearly understood and supported across the directorate.
Qualifications
* Experience of taking notes at meetings is imperative.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
