Salary: Min £14hr and excludes sleep-in rate at £60 Plus a £500 bonus on completion of probation
Working hours (shift work): Long days, Early, Late, Night wakes and sleep (£60)
Candidates are required to obtain an enhanced DBS check. And be Level 3 qualified

We specialise in working with Children and Young People aged 8-18 years. The children and Young People have suffered early life trauma, neglect or abuse and as a result have emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
The main duties of this role include:
* Ensuring shifts are planned with Residential Care Practitioners, to take the lead on shift and be responsible for the events on the shift
* To ensure that all risks are safely managed in line with the company policies and procedures
* To communicate effectively with the team of staff coming onto shift ensuring that a thorough account of your shifts events has taken place
* To be the case holder for designated children, whilst supporting that allocated Key Worker
* To provide written reports and documentation that truly reflects the progress of the adolescent for planning meetings / reviews
* To set up, co-ordinate and review the children's files, Care plans, Risk Assessments, Behaviour Management Plans, Health Care Documentation, Missing from Home Documentation/Physical Description document Agreements and Incentives
* To contribute to Educational Meetings
* Responsible for the Health and Safety of all the children, staff and visitors on your shift, and to ensure that any hazards are reported immediately in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act
* To undertake any training that is deemed appropriate to your position.
* To attend staff meetings and be a positive role model to the children at their meetings
* To contribute to individual and group direct work sessions to achieve optimal outcomes
* To be able to address standards of behaviours from adolescents, in a calm non-confrontational and constructive manner.
