Role: Assistant Property Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9-5.30pm - Hybrid working.
Location: North West London
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Logging and administering buildings insurance claims
* Managing building-specific mailboxes and responding to leaseholder queries
* Answering and triaging inbound calls
* Assisting with and following up on site inspections
* Obtaining and presenting contractor quotations
* Issuing work orders to contractors
* Supporting Health & Safety, Fire Risk and Asbestos actions
* Completing LPE1 forms
* Assisting with service charge correspondence, budgets and mail merges
* Updating property management systems (e.g. MyBlockMan / Asana)
* General administrative support to Property Managers
