Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver accurate reporting across short selling, shareholding, and Takeover Panel disclosures
* Partner with Legal & Compliance to interpret regulatory changes and implement new requirements
* Draft requirements for regulatory change and new business initiatives
* Continuously assess reporting risk and enhance controls
* Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and MI reporting
* Stay current with evolving regulatory landscapes to ensure full compliance
Candidate Profile:
* Subject matter expertise in short selling, shareholder, and Takeover Panel reporting regimes
* Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and their operational impact
* Solid knowledge of financial instruments across equities, fixed income, and commodities
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management experience
* Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business
