As a Housekeeper, you will
* Allocate cleaning programmes for each domestic assistant and monitor the quality and thoroughness of the work.
* Control an allocated budget for the purchase of cleaning materials and minimise wastage.
* Take an active part in cleaning and share in the cleaning duties.
* Carry out supervision and induction of designated staff as required.
* Participate in training and support meetings as required.
* Adhere to policies and procedures within the Home and the Trust.
To apply, you will need
* Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) Level 2 in Housekeeping, Hospitality and Cleaning or equivalent
* Extensive experience of domestic care work
* Knowledge and experience of COSHH regulations
* Ability to demonstrate understanding and applying our workplace values
