The main responsibilities of the role include. • Use various data sources and databases to identify new project opportunities. • Follow up and develop warm leads obtained from existing company relationships. • Maintain and manage client relationships with previous clients ensuring visibility of any future project opportunities. • Undertake new client meetings and attend presentations. • Work closely with operations and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery. • Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events. About You • Proven experience in a sales role in a construction related sector. • An understanding of project lifecycles and industry stakeholders. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and closing opportunities. • Experience with CRM tools and strong reporting skills. • Full UK driving licence (or equivalent) and willingness to travel as required.
