Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for the operational management, professional leadership and engagement for the quality management and compliance service. You will govern for all the teams within your portfolio. You will drive forward the strategic development of quality and compliance to ensure they remain efficient, effective and responsive as a whole, utilising integrated working across the public health services within KCHFT and our partners.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualification — Essential
* Master's degree level or equivalent in Facilities Management, Estates Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge and Skills — Essential
* Understanding of National Service Frameworks, statutory reporting and legal requirements relevant to care settings.
Experience — Essential
* Lead and manage the delivery of FM services (maintenance, cleaning, catering, transport, waste, reception, security).
Desirable
* Lead on tendering processes, contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
