We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Assistant to join our client, a leading telecoms provider in Chelmsford. You'll play a key role in processing orders, upselling products, and providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll do:
* Process inbound orders, identify up sell opportunities, and ensure accurate fulfilment.
* Manage deliveries through our extensive supplier network, negotiating cost savings.
* Provide pre- and post-sales support, resolving customer inquiries and potential order issues.
* Proactively contact past customers to rekindle business relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Purchasing, Warehouse) to ensure smooth order processing.
You're a great fit if you have:
* Sales experience (preferred) or a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Package Offered:
* Competitive salary and benefits package (up to £27,000).
* Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
