Code Red are representing a client that is looking for an IT Support Technician to travel and support schools within the academy trust in Barnet, Walthamstow, Purfleet.
Responsibilities:
* Checking computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality
* Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
* Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues
* Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems, with good knowledge of IT Security solutions
* Managing Active Directory and Group Policy
* Administering Office 365
Requirements:
* Full right to work in the UK (due to DBS checks)
* Full UK driving license for travel between sites
