Are you a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a knack for supporting busy teams? This Construction Company in the West End is looking for a Team Assistant to join their Contracts Team .
The Contracts Team plays a vital role in making their projects happen, ensuring every detail is in place from tender to completion.
The role:-
As Team Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the Contracts Team’s operations, providing essential administrative and organisational support. You’ll help ensure the contracts processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication across departments stays seamless.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Contracts Team
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and manage diaries using Sharepoint
• Prepare and format documents including contracts, reports, and correspondence
• Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners
• Support document control and compliance tracking
• Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders and project documentation
Ideal Candidate:-
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or team support role (construction or contracts experience is a plus)
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Indesign would be a plus
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
