Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving drinks, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Duties
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
* Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices to ensure guest safety.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
* Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe environment for guests.
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
* Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A friendly demeanour with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
