Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am- 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm
Salary: £24,000PA - £28,000 PA DOE + uncapped commission + Bonus

The Role:
At Clearwater, the Sales Team plays a pivotal role in our success story. We empower to drive business development in your unique style. With a dedicated central delivery team handling talent acquisition, you can immerse yourself in finding, nurturing and enhancing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities and Duties include:
• Sales Outreach: Execute targeted sales calls to nurture leads, qualify prospects, and onboard new requirements, driving conversion and growth.
• Client Relationship Building: Arrange and participate in meetings to foster strong and lasting partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Market Research: Stay on top of evolving job markets and recruitment trends, harnessing insights to refine sales strategies and maximize effectiveness.
• Strategic Candidate Engagement: Proactively identify new business avenues by leveraging candidate insights, delving into their interview experiences, company affiliations, and contractual engagements.
• Database Management: Curate and maintain a robust database of warm leads, ensuring a steady stream of potential opportunities.
Key skills and experience:
• Sales Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in telephone and face-to-face sales, with a track record of driving results and exceeding targets.
• Motivated : Possess a relentless passion for success, coupled with a self-driven attitude that you use towards achieving and exceeding objectives & targets.
• Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a recruitment or sales role.
