We are seeking an experienced E Commerce & Operations Manager to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of trading on various E Commerce platforms including eBay in addition to possessing strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage stock acquisition and operations across our Retail estate. This is to ensure we raise vital funds for the organisation. About the role Proactively drive trade on all E Commerce channels and constantly review key performance indicators (sell through, average selling price, impressions, page views, click through rates and sales conversions) to improve contribution Manage the donations, deliveries and storage of goods in an efficient manner, ensuring all processes are as streamlined and efficient as possible Develop and implement all required standard operating procedures and policies Produce weekly and monthly analysis of performance for review at both Management and Board level, providing clear strategic actions to ensure financial targets are met Monitor industry trends within E Commerce, evaluating performance trends and developments within the sector Support the Head of Retail in managing the process of new goods, including stock allocation and replenishment, markdown and exit, and quarterly stock takes Build relationships with external suppliers, including electronic point of sale providers, corporate partners and new goods suppliers Project manage the opening and closing of shops and any other required operational projects Generate ideas and implement initiatives to produce the required level and quality of stock donations across both shops and E Commerce About you Proven track record of selling on eBay and other E Commerce platforms at a high volume and revenue level Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving Ability to manage both operational and sales focused teams, inspiring all to improve contribution Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the abiity to establish positive relationships at all levels IT literate with specific knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel, at an intermediate level as a minimum Ability to manage demanding workloads including working to conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail Clean and up to date driving licence Benefits 27 days holiday Pension scheme Life assurance scheme Employee Assistance Programme Cycle to work scheme Health Service Discounts Refer a friend bonus If you believe you have the skills, experience, and passion to excel in this role, please apply below.
