An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Team Leaders! We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people by leading support workers.
We offer competitive sleep-in payments (based on 8-10 sleep-ins per month), paid annual leave starting at a certain number of hours per year (rising after 5 years), and a rota-based schedule. The role involves day and sleep-in shifts, including holidays like Christmas and New Year, in various homes.
Responsibilities include:
Meeting the needs of children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
Planning team rotas and supporting management in meetings and appointments
Implementing the Statement of Purpose in collaboration with the Registered Manager and Deputy
Supervising in the absence of management
Creating a safe, family environment for children
Requirements include:
Must be 21 or older due to Ofsted regulations
Driving license essential due to location of homes
At least six months' experience in children’s residential care
Relevant Level 3 qualification
