Job Description
Culina Group is hiring a HR Advisor on a 1-year fixed-term contract to support our sites in Telford, Market Drayton, and Sherwood.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity in a fast-paced environment, providing proactive HR services to the HR Business Partners and management teams.
The role involves supporting assigned HR Business Partners and sites on HR-related matters.
Key Duties
1. Provide case-managed employee relations support to the HRBP team as required.
2. Prepare case management packs for HRBP and line managers.
3. Offer HR guidance, coaching, and advice to line managers.
4. Provide data and statistics for the Head of HR Operations.
5. Attend disciplinary, grievance, and absence meetings as needed.
6. Support mediating and resolving employee relations issues; conduct investigations when necessary.
7. Assist with HR operational projects such as site restructuring, new builds, closures, and TUPE.
8. Support site initiatives like large-scale resourcing events, engagement initiatives, and surveys.
9. Work with HRBP and management to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, engagement, and retention.
10. Run reports for HRBP as required.
11. Provide holiday cover for HRBP and other HR Advisors as needed.
12. Support HR administrative tasks as necessary.
13. Perform additional HR duties as required.
Qualifications
To qualify for the HR Advisor role, candidates should have:
* Knowledge of HR legislation
* Proven experience advising on HR matters (grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Ability to build trust and respect
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
