Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated M&E Manager or M&E Supervisor to join a prestigious £100m super prime residential refurbishment project located in Surrey.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a long term, high profile project, incorporating structural enhancements and ultra high spec interior finishes.
Mechanical background is preferred as candidates will need to have extensive mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities
As the M&E Manager, you will:
* Oversee and manage all mechanical and electrical aspects of the project.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
* Ensure all M&E works are delivered to the highest standards, adhering to project specifications and timelines.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide technical guidance and resolve any M&E related issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Extensive experience delivering prime residential projects, either with a main contractor or a specialist M&E subcontractor.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
* A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
* The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong mechanical knowledge.
