Salary: £12.83 - £13.03 per hour (Higher rate for candidates with Level 2 or above in adult social care)

Overview of the role
The Night Team Leader provides support and guidance to social care workers, ensuring the highest quality of care and leading by example. You will liaise with the management team and report any concerns. Experience in care is required, along with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
All Team Leaders at this service must have or commit to obtaining a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Key duties
* Supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting
* Supervising staff and assisting with service management
* Communicating with managers and shift leaders
* Completing tasks professionally and accurately
* Supervising mealtimes to promote positive attitudes towards food
* Supporting individuals during activities and daily tasks using your initiative
