Join our passionate team and make a difference in mainstream primary schools across Christchurch. As a Supply Flexible Teacher, you’ll bring energy, adaptability, and creativity to classrooms, supporting students in their educational journey across various subjects and age groups.
Key Responsibilities of Supply Flexible Teacher
* Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
* Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and teaching styles.
* Support students in achieving their academic goals.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity.
Requirements for Supply Flexible Teacher
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Ability to teach across various subjects effectively.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in diverse environments.
* Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
* Up-to-date CV (covering the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps).
* Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply).
* Enjoy flexible working hours tailored to your availability.
