Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Location: Remote First - Manchester Office

Their solutions encompass websites, apps, backend systems, digital strategies, and AI products. Role Overview: As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), your primary objective is to lead and grow a commercially successful digital agency while maximising social impact. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, deep understanding of digital services, and a commitment to social purpose.
Has a clear vision, values, business strategy, and proposition aligned with their long-term ambitions.
Regularly assess and respond to the operating environment, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
Provide support, coaching, and resources to enable team members to deliver high-quality work.
Drive operational excellence through effective internal communications, people management, and recruitment practices.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects and ongoing services to clients, driving satisfaction and retention.
Identify and capitalise on opportunities to maximise client satisfaction and grow account value.
Lead marketing and new business activities, ensuring alignment with business targets and maintaining a strong brand presence.
Establish robust accounting and financial processes to ensure effective business operation and risk management.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to inform strategic decision-making.
Leading a busy agency or similar business unit (circa £3m turnover, 50 team members).
Cultivating a positive, trust-based company culture through exemplary leadership.
Budget management, investment oversight, and business venture direction.
Building and maintaining a robust network of professional contacts.
Creating digital products and services for the "tech for good" sector.
Remote first, with occasional travel to the Manchester office
