The role
Head chef required in the
LAKE DISTRICT for a restaurant and gastro pub . This establishment has a good mixture of menus and is a busy volume fresh food establishment This head chef role is paying upto £42k with live in available.
*** please note this role is the Lake district and
you will NEED TO DRIVE for the role, as its a little remote ***
The roleAs a head chef you will manage the team 3, you will ensure all the prep is done and everything is ready for service. This head chef role will include all the normal head chef duties.
ExperienceWe are looking for a head chef with a fresh food background and able to manage restaurant service, you will have food hygiene. You will also need your own transport for this location. This role is either suitable for a current head chef or a sous chef who is ready to step upto a head chef role.
