The role will encompass all aspects of Practice Nursing including:
Immunisation, cytology, contraception, wound care, injections, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and epilepsy annual reviews.
The successful candidate will work to enhance the provision of long-term conditions management within the practice, with the focus on delivering excellent care to our patients.
Promote the continuing professional development of yourself and other nurses in the team. Developing the nursing team and future services.

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Nurse with General Practice Experience to join our team.
You will have a Registered General Nurse Qualification. Be currently NMC registered, and work within the NMC code of conduct at all times.
Court Road Surgery is a busy and welcoming practice, with excellent patient care at the centre of what we do. We provide care to almost 8000 patients and are part of the successful Central Vale Cluster.
Salary will be based on experience. Typically, a Practice Nurse trained and managing long term conditions such as asthma and/or diabetes will be a Band 6. Nurses without primary care experience will be banded as a band 5 Nurse.
We offer NHS Pension Scheme, 5 weeks annual leave and bank holidays pro rata.
We currently use Vision Clinical System and are migrating to EMIS in November 2025.
