As part of our team, you will be responsible for governance and control of project delivery relevant frameworks and processes.
Location: Rochester. This is a hybrid role which will allow you to split your time 2/3 days a week between home and the office.
What part will you play?
* Implementation of PM and PMO guidelines and processes; Governance and control
* Administration and control of PM policies, guidelines, programs and standards
* Management and coordination of long term resource (capacity) planning
* Ownership and coordination of training matrix and requirements for the BU
* Improving processes in project operations
* Implementing new tools to drive efficiency
* Project Manager support to facilitate project delivery
* Effective cooperation with stakeholders across different levels and functions
* Coordination of segment’s Key Performance Indicators and Objectives and Key Results
What does it take to be successful in this role?
* Specialist experience in a PM/PMO specialist environment
* Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Excellent time/task management; Resilient to setbacks and committed to achieving goals
* Proficient in use of MS tools – Excel, Word, Power Point,
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Pro-active team player
* Background in delivery methodologies (e.g. construction, manufacturing) advantageous
