Admissions and Enrolment Assistant - Temporary
1. Salary: £14.68 to £15.42 per hour
2. Location: Wakefield College
3. Contract: Approximately 8 weeks beginning 10th August 2026 to 2nd October 2026
4. Hours: 37 hours per week

We are looking for motivated individuals to help out on a temporary basis, during our busy enrolment period, carrying out administrative tasks in relation to student enrolment and admissions.
You will:
5. Provide administrative support to the wider enrolment and admissions teams.
6. Accurately input data in relation to College admissions and enrolment processes
7. Respond effectively and efficiently to customer contact via phone, email, and face to face to both prospective students and parents
We will require:
8. GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent
9. Experience of accurately inputting data to set procedures
10. Experience of working in a busy office environment
11. An IT qualification, e.g CLAIT, ECDL or equivalent is desirable but not essential
