Responsibilities
* Lead store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and profitability.
* Develop and implement retail standards, visual merchandising, and in-store efficiencies.
* Coach and develop the team, adapting leadership style to maximize performance.
* Manage shifts, scheduling, and store performance to meet targets.
About You
As a Store Manager you will be results oriented and commercially driven. You have the ability to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand. You are able to understand the individual needs of your team and adapt your leadership style to ensure you get the best out of each team member. You have problem-solving and visual merchandising flair. You can develop and implement exceptional retail operational standards and manage in-store efficiencies to drive profitability.
* Previous Store Management experience, preferably with a lifestyle brand.
* A zest for creating a fun atmosphere and willingness to work hard.
