* Lead on the integration of health and safety into business planning, project management, and operations
* Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, developing and maintaining frameworks, policies and procedures
* Oversee audits, inspections and investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively

* Develop and deliver communication and training strategies to embed best practices
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
* Extensive experience in health and safety, including in a senior leadership role
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
* Membership of IOSH or equivalent
* Experience in high risk industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, energy, transport) is preferred
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
