Business Development With a passion for growth and a flair for creative thinking, you’ll lead the charge in expanding the branch, shaping smart sales strategies, winning new business, nurturing existing clients, and encouraging your team to bring their ideas to life. Environment Building You’ll help the branch run smoothly by guiding the team, keeping our sales plan on track, and ensuring our processes, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations feel seamless, creating an environment where people can do their best work with confidence. Communication You’ll keep communication flowing, building strong relationships, staying connected and engaged with business updates, and maintaining open, regular conversations that help your team stay informed, involved, and supported. Data, Goals, Results You bring clarity and insight to the numbers, using data to shape smart decisions, grow the client base, and drive long‑term success. You keep your team focused on meaningful goals and help turn commercial insight into real results.
