This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a generalist HR role, with responsibilities spanning across employee relations, training, policy maintenance, projects, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support across the business, including advising on employee relations matters and managing casework (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, and performance management).
• Contribute to the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
• Assist in the design and implementation of reward and recognition programmes.
• Manage HR projects, ensuring they are delivered effectively and on time.
• Support the administration of end to end HR processes
• Assist in the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Collaborate with management to implement employee engagement strategies and improve workplace culture.
About You:
• Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a medium-sized business.
• Strong employee relations skills, with experience handling sensitive issues in a fair and supportive manner.
• A good understanding of HR processes, policies, and relevant employment legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across various HR functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with a keen interest in HR projects and employee development.
