Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation services
Conduct patient consultations, rounds, admissions, and discharges
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress notes
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team (physicians, nurses, therapists)
Manage a caseload of 14–18 patients per day
Qualifications
MD or DO with board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Clinical experience in inpatient physiatry preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and on-call during day shift
