Our very lovely B Corp FMCG client has a new opening in their Sales team for a high potential, super motivated National Account Executive (NAE). The NAE will report to the Channel Controller and will be responsible for a number of categories for the Discounter Channel. This means the individual will have masses of accountability for their channel, as well as the opportunity to make a real impact in the business, with regular exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.
A key requirement for this position is someone with high level personal drive and an eagerness to learn. Some negotiation experience (possibly with Aldi or Lidl) would be ideal, as would experience in Food.

* FMCG: Grocery / Convenience / Mults / Local Mults / Online
* Discounter account management
* Knowledge of Tesco desirable
* Account management / basic level of P&L understanding
* Analytical with data insight skills
* Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skills
* Commercial acumen
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
* Critical thinking with attention to detail
* Hands-on
* Flexibility / adaptability
