Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role
Our client, a well-respected construction and maintenance contractor, is seeking a skilled Damp & Mould / Painter Operative to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role with excellent benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Carrying out damp and mould remedial works
2. Preparing and painting internal and external surfaces
3. Working in both occupied and void properties
4. Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
5. NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating
6. Full UK Manual Driving Licence
7. Experience in damp and mould treatment
Strong communication and customer service skills
8. The ability to work independently and professionally on site
