Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a Operations Coordinator to work at their prestigious client in Stoke-on-Trent
For this Operations Coordinator role, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating technical tasks and delivering high-quality administrative support to ensure daily operations run efficiently Working closely with multiple departments, supporting communication flow, and helping to maintain accurate and well-managed processes. Maintaining accurate records and documentation Managing workload efficiently to meet deadlines Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard For this Operations Coordinator role, you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A proactive and flexible approach to work Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office or similar systems) Reliable with a strong work ethic Details of this Operations
Coordinator role:
