We are working with a well-established, family-run business operating within a high-volume, multi-category environment, supplying a large customer base.
They are now seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead, develop, and drive performance across their Sales & Customer Care teams.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for shaping sales strategy, delivering revenue growth, and managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop Sales & Customer Care teams to achieve targets
* Drive sales strategy and revenue growth across multiple product categories
* Manage and grow key accounts, engaging senior stakeholders
* Oversee tenders, frameworks, and contractual agreements
* Implement sales processes, KPIs, and performance tracking
* Identify new business opportunities and support team development
* Work cross-functionally to support overall business objectives
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role
* Background in a fast-paced, high-volume or consumable products environment
* Strong track record in new business development and account management
* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and procurement teams
* Commercially astute with strong organisational and analytical skills
* Experience with tenders, frameworks, and contracts
