To ensure that high standards of health, safety and housekeeping are consistently met.To assist in the forging of parts as per the forge instruction sheet by: • Completing records and monitoring of process parameters before and during forging. Plan the running order to ensure maximum efficiencies are achieved. • Ensure the Forge Instruction Sheet is diligently followed to include soak times, temperatures and hammer process, thus ensuring product integrity. • Validate the sequence of numbers allocated to each part. • Set the pace for the running order, ensuring the furnaces are balanced as effectively as possible. • Manage material move...
