Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Education Data Officer to join Enfield’s Education Department. This role focuses on the use and development of Synergy to support high‑quality data management, reporting, and statutory processes across education services.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with schools, colleagues and partners to ensure data is accurate, timely and effectively used to support decision‑making, safeguarding and service improvement.
* Maintain and develop Synergy processes, troubleshoot data issues and provide support to users across the system.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills.
* Experience working with education data systems, ideally Synergy.
* Clear understanding of data quality and compliance requirements.
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
