My client, a global membership organisation in a dynamic, fascinating sector, is looking for an Office Administrator to assist the Business Administration Manager and the Membership Services Team. If you have exceptional administrative skills, a “can-do” attitude, are confident with technology, and thrive in a busy environment then we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide reception services for the office.
• Manage telephone calls for the office through Main Switchboard.
• Liaise with Building Manager regarding visitors.
• Assist with room bookings as required.
• Organisation of security passes for visitors and new starts.
• Allocation of lockers for staff use.
• Purchase of office items, e.g. tea, coffee, stationery etc
• Manage requirements for lunches and meeting refreshments.
• Assist with office moves and removals.
• Provision of administrative duties to the Leadership Management Team.
• Check inbox daily and distribute emails to relevant parties.
• Work on bounceback emails and amend in system as required.
