Daily order loading and quote activities.
Supporting the sales teams in providing excellent service.
Prioritising own tasks to ensure agreed deadline and service level agreements are achieved.
Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Strong attention to detail.
Process driven & results orientated.
Effective time management and prioritising skills.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
