Job Introduction

The Contribution and Development Office’s role is to ensure the Operating Model, the William Grant Way works effectively to support the Company’s objectives. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders, to ensure the Company’s unique culture is nurtured and developed across all functions and geographies in which the business operates.

Main Responsibility

Building strong relationships is a crucial part of this role. You’ll observe and contribute to continuous improvement activities covering how our family values are implemented, identifying opportunities to improve key company events, activities and communication channels as well as encouraging the use of standardised tools and approaches across the Company. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with wider members of the C&D team on specific projects as required.

Our Ideal Candidate

With a background in HR, communications or similar field, you’ll be a pro-active, confident, values-driven individual with strong emotional intelligence and resilience skills. Good communication is also vital in this role, both oral and written, to be able to operate effectively with a range of stakeholders. In return, you'll be part of a brilliant team and have the opportunity to learn about how the broader business operates.
