Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant – Darlington
An inclusive Darlington school seeks a Level 3 qualified SEND Teaching Assistant for 1:1 and small group support with pupils who have special educational needs.
Responsibilities
* Support students with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
* Help deliver EHCP objectives and support plans
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
* Celebrate progress and achievements
Requirements
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* SEND experience, preferably in schools
* Calm, compassionate approach
* Strong communication skills and resilience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
