Administrative Officer - Care Brokerage Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Administrative Officer to join our busy and dynamic Care Brokerage Team, supporting Adult Social Care.
The role will be based at 1 City Approach in Eccles. The working arrangements are Monday to Friday with some flexibility depending on the needs of the service.
1. Maintaining client records within Liquid Logic and CONTROc;
2. Liaising with care providers to check, reconcile, and process invoices submitted via a Provider Portal;
3. Liaising with service providers and Social Care Practitioners to ensure that care is commissioned and processed accurately;
4. Providing effective, reliable, and efficient support services;
5. Providing advice and support to Social Work Teams;
6. Communicating, engaging, and working collaboratively with external and internal partner agencies and members of the public;
7. Organising and prioritising own workload and working to deadlines;
8. You must be highly motivated and committed to providing high-quality administrative support in Adult Social Care;
9. You will have excellent communication and numerical skills and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently;
10. You will be able to organise and prioritise your workload, balancing the demands of a busy, diverse, and varied role, while working flexibly within a team to meet deadlines;
11. An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential, with the ability to use multiple applications simultaneously, demonstrating precision and attention to detail.
