A young man (17) is looking for a supportive and engaging Personal Assistant. He would like a PA to help him with his independence skills away from home and provide gentle encouragement to engage with people in different environments. He would like to enjoy activities outside of the home but needs a PA to help build his confidence and explore new activities with him. He has ASD and can take a little time to warm to new people but once the relationship is established, he is a warm, funny, and friendly young person. He is a registered blind so the PA will need to put measures in place to ensure his safety.
