As a Customer Resolutions Advisor at Signet Jewelers (H. Samuel and Ernest Jones) you'll provide us with vital support responding to customer complaints regarding; service, repairs, products and deliveries. You'll also support our 250 retail stores in answering calls and emails regarding disputes customers may have in store, and offer advice on; service, repairs, products and deliveries. Hours: 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday as well as some Saturdays with time given in lieu. Need to be flexible during Bank Holidays and Peak Season (including evenings and additional weekends) About You Proven passion for delivering amazing customer experiences! Telephone-based customer service experience ideally from a Call centre / Contact Centre environment. Worked with previous targets or KPIs. Experience with customer complaints and resolutions. If you're confident in providing exceptional customer service and responding to customers via e mail professionally this could be the perfect role for you.
