The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Quality Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team at the Bellshill bottling site. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in elevating our quality standards by analysing performance data, identifying trends, and guiding impactful improvement initiatives. As a Quality Performance Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in interpreting and communicating key quality data across the organisation. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust root cause analyses, oversee complaint investigations, and drive improvements in our data capture systems. Your insights will help shape our strategy and ensure every bottle meets our high standards. What you’ll be doing Support crisis and incident teams with data interpretation and evidence-based recommendations Analyse quality metrics and communicate performance trends for improvement opportunities Develop and maintain the Quality Scorecard, highlighting areas of concern and potential solutions Coordinate cross-functional complaint investigations, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction Lead or support root cause analysis for quality incidents and escalate findings appropriately Enhance systems for consistent data capture, reporting, and analysis across teams and sites Ensure compliance with relevant company standards and report non-conformances proactively Deliver guidance on quality systems procedures and support operational excellence initiatives About You Proven experience in quality assurance, performance analysis, or manufacturing operations Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with root cause analysis methodologies Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with FMCG environments, ideally within food, beverage, or spirits sectors What can we offer you?
