The Successful Applicant
The successful Accountant should have:
* Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA)
* Proven work experience in Local Government
* Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
* Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
