Experienced Cover Supervisors – Tunbridge Wells We are seeking reliable and experienced Cover Supervisors to join a school in Tunbridge Wells. This role involves supervising classes, supporting teaching staff, and ensuring that learning continues smoothly in the absence of regular teachers. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage classes across various year groups Support teaching staff in delivering lesson plans Maintain a positive and safe learning environment, including managing challenging behavior Provide feedback on student progress and classroom activities Requirements: Experience working in a school or educational setting Ability to manage challenging behavior confidently and effectively Excellent communication and organisational skills Driving license is highly desirable to allow flexibility across sites This is a rewarding opportunity for teaching personnel who enjoy working with young people and can adapt to a dynamic classroom environment.
