Do you have a passion for Health and Social Care and want to inspire the next generation of health professionals? Whether you're already working in education and looking for your next challenge or currently working in the health sector and considering a career move into teaching, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our dynamic curriculum team in readiness for the 2025/26 academic year.

You will share your expertise to unlock learners' potential and guide them through their studies, helping them to succeed in their chosen career paths. As part of the curriculum team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of qualification levels, including the T Level in Health.

We are seeking a candidate who is:

* Qualified to a minimum of Level 4 in a Health-related specialism (e.g. Nursing, Midwifery, Allied Health, Mental Health or Public Health)
* Experienced or confident in delivering both theory and practical aspects of Health and Social Care
* Able to meet the specific requirements for delivering the Health T Level, including strong knowledge of core content areas such as clinical care, infection control, and health assessment.
* Passionate about supporting learners to develop technical and employability skills relevant to the health and social care sector
* A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing deadlines and curriculum planning

The Role:

Where you'll work: This role is based at our Tonbridge campus.

Your hours: 29.6 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year (0.8FTE)

Your pay: £28,689.60 to £35,296.80 pro rata per annum (£35,862 to £44,121 per annum full time equivalent) dependent on qualifications and experience.
