Your role will involve supporting our team to ensure excellent customer experiences for both internal and external clients. Key responsibilities include carrying out administrative duties, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in IT (Word and Excel), and strong customer service skills.
We offer a service accessible from 8.30am to 5pm and repairs from 8am to 7pm. This is a permanent, part-time position with flexible working patterns based on business and customer needs, to be agreed with your line manager.
We are recruiting for 2 full-time and 2 part-time positions. The part-time roles have specific hours to meet customer needs:
1. Part Time Position 1 (25.5 hours/week): Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday full days, and Friday afternoons
2. Part Time Position 2 (28 hours/week): Monday 8:30am – 2:30pm, Tuesday 9:00am – 10:30am and 11:30am – 3:30pm, Thursday 8:30am – 2:30pm, Friday 11:00am – 5:00pm
