We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly person who enjoys working in hotels and providing excellent hospitality to our guests, contributing to a memorable stay.
As Meeting & Events Operations Supervisor,
We want you to be part of a diverse team working together to deliver high standards of hospitality in our restaurant, bar, or conference departments. We aim to surprise and delight our customers and provide a memorable experience.
What we want you to have:
* Supervisory experience or strong team experience in Meeting & Events, seeking additional responsibility
* Excellent communication skills for guest and team interaction
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings (no split-shifts)
* Ability to understand and meet customer needs
* Good people skills to foster a fun and productive work environment
* Genuine interest in hospitality
* Confidence with systems and payment handling
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Promptly resolve customer complaints
Job responsibilities include:
* Supervising Meeting & Events team activities and standards
* Preparing the team for daily operations based on bookings and events
* Serving food and drinks with excellent customer service
* Maintaining a visible presence to respond to guest requests and keep areas tidy
* Handling guest complaints professionally
* Training and motivating team members
* Managing cash, charge, float, and till procedures accurately
