The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring impeccable standards and service quality that reflect the premium Brasserie experience. The role involves working up to five days per week, including weekends and holiday periods, offering a minimum of 35 hours weekly. The Brasserie offers an elevated dining experience for both hotel guests and local patrons, requiring a manager who appreciates the subtleties of fine dining while maintaining the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of a modern Brasserie. Additionally, you will oversee multiple on-site food outlets, as well as large functions and weddings, ensuring consistent excellence throughout.
