As Talent Manager, you’ll amplify our clients’ messages, drive growth, and manage a diverse roster while developing strong industry relationships and generating opportunities across broadcasting, media, brand partnerships, digital and live events.
Location/Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, based at our Chiswick, London office (near Turnham Green Tube Station), with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Responsibilities
* Talent Representation & Development: Support and develop our roster, with a focus on clients in the Beauty, Food, and Fitness sectors, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities. Identify and sign both established and emerging talent aligned with our mission. Attend client engagements as required (sometimes outside of normal working hours).
* Business Development & Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with speaker agencies, broadcasters, brands, and licensing partners. Create and deliver tailored pitches across TV, brand, and licensing. Secure new opportunities to grow revenue streams and expand client visibility. Formulate strategies to maximise client impact and build sustainable businesses around their brands. Lead on fee negotiations, contracts, invoicing, and payments for commercial deals. Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively explore new avenues.
* Operations & Collaboration: Coordinate diaries, travel, and logistics for talent. Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure joined-up, efficient operations. Contribute flexibly to special projects when required.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in a professional talent representation/agenting role, ideally spanning brands, broadcasting, media, events, digital, and licensing. We will also consider candidates with experience in part of a talent management 360° remit, or candidates with established professional experience in client/account management within PR, brand partnerships, publishing, or television/media.
* Strong network of contacts across media, broadcasting, brands, and PR.
* Skilled at reading and negotiating contracts.
* Excellent written communication with high attention to detail.
* A proactive, ideas-driven self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team.
* Friendly, professional, and discreet with exceptional people skills.
* Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects with strong time management.
