Salary: £41,298

As a Gas Specialist, you will provide expertise in gas testing, ensuring our Holiday Homes and buildings are safe and compliant with current legislation and standards. It is essential that you are 'Gas Safe' qualified and hold all current gas safe qualifications, including CCLP1LAV Core, CCLP1RPH Core, HTRLP2, CENWAT1, CKR1, CPA1, DAH1, MET1, and CCLP1PD.

Responsibilities
* Complete all gas installation testing in accordance with current legislation.
* Ensure the safe installation of new gas appliances, including boilers, ovens, and fires.
* Build positive relationships with guests to resolve queries with minimal disruption.
* Respond promptly to breakdowns or urgent issues.
* Assist in training the maintenance team on gas safety procedures.
* Record all jobs accurately on our company system.
